Seminars in English

In NaWik seminars and workshops, participants learn how to communicate their research better by communicating their topics into clear key messages which are understandable to their target audiences.

We have many years of expertise and are constantly developing our seminar content. For quality assurance, we rely on our didactic concept, research findings, the core elements of NaWik teaching and evaluations and direct feedback.

The NaWik teaching is based on current research results as well as the research results from our own company.

In our interactive seminars we convey not only the basics of science communication but also communication skills for diverse formats and situations. The learned content can be enriched in interactive exercises.

• On-site seminars

Our face-to-face seminars usually last one or two days and can be booked by institutions and carried out on-site. We are happy to travel to your institution and hold our seminar on your premises. Alternatively, our seminar room on the campus of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) can be booked. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for successful participation.

• Virtual seminars

The virtual seminar will be held on two or three consecutive dates. Each session lasts 3.5 hours, including a short break. Generally, the sessions will run from 9:00 to 12:30. Participants may be required to work on an assignment between sessions. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for successful participation.
